What counts as one credit?
One credit = one email address verified. Whether you use the API, the dashboard, or bulk upload, each address costs one credit.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. 25 verifications per day with full API access and catch-all scoring, no credit card required. The free tier is for real use, not just a trial.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any verifications. Contact support@verimails.com.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
Yes. For very high volumes (19B+ verifications), dedicated infrastructure, SLA agreements, or custom API rate limits, contact sales@verimails.com.
What's included in all plans?
All paid plans include full API access, bulk CSV processing, catch-all probability scoring, disposable email detection, role-based detection, and CSV export. No features are locked behind higher tiers.
